******LLOYD WATSON BAND SUPPORT CHARITY GIGS******

The Lloyd Watson Band along with Between The Seasons, Ginger Snap and Simon Crewe Disco supported a charity gig which took place on 26th March 2011 at The George & Angel, Crowland.  The gig was in aid of Premrose which is a charity that raises funds to buy high-tec or state-of-the-art equipment which cannot be bought from the NHS budget.  Premrose also provides home comforts for parents who need to stay close to their premature child.  Funds were raised by bucket donations available.

The Lloyd Watson Band along The Glorious One Eyed Cats, Rex Gates and Murray Hockridge supported a charity gig which took place on Good Friday, 22nd April 2011 to raise funds for Teenage Cancer Trust who have built a new unit at Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge catering soley for teenagers.  This gig was on behalf of a young cancer sufferer, Katie Smith, who is a close friend of Lloyd's family and was organised by Lloyd's sister, Norma Watson-Palmer.  Katie lost her courageous battle in Autumn 2011 and leaves an enormous void in the lives of everyone who knew her
